Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union (Fort Bragg FCU) had a problem. Their close relationship with the community and military throughout Morrisville, NC meant managing a large on-base and off-premise ATM fleet, as well as another five machines located at their branches. While the ATMs helped meet the unique demands of their members, it was also putting a significant strain on the credit union’s resources.
ATM USA offered to take over Fort Bragg FCU’s 20 off-site locations. The older machines were replaced with new equipment and ATM USA provided complete ATM management. The company’s focus on ATM operation, as well as their larger fleet, would mean an overall cost savings. But the real win would be the greater time and safety given back to the credit union.
